1. Personal data we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, the products you order and any notes you add.
• Account details: your name, email, phone number (optional), saved addresses and your password (stored in protected form, never in plain text).
• Messages: information you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email when you ask about products or orders.
• Technical data: a cookie that keeps you signed in, and your shopping cart contents saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back.

We do not collect payment card details on this website; payment is made by bank transfer or DuitNow outside the site.

2. Why we use it

• To process and deliver your order, issue quotations and invoices, and contact you about it.
• To run your account and show you your order status.
• To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds and complaints.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• To detect and prevent fraud and misuse of the website.

We do not use your data for marketing unless you have agreed to it, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Only as needed, and only for the purposes above, with: delivery and courier partners (name, phone and delivery address); our website, hosting and database providers (such as Supabase) who store data on our behalf; our bank, accountants and professional advisers; and authorities where the law requires. Some service providers may store data outside Malaysia; where that happens we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements (generally up to 7 years for accounting records). Account data is kept until you ask us to close your account.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure, so please keep your password private.

6. Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to limit its use, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us below. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer fulfil an order or keep your account. You are not legally required to give us your data, but we cannot process an order without your name, contact and delivery details.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and browser storage (to keep you signed in and remember your cart). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear them in your browser settings, but sign-in and the cart will then stop working.

Notis ini menerangkan cara De Khat Bingkai Sdn. Bhd. (No. Syarikat 202201013681 (1459378-T)), yang berniaga sebagai Wall Panel Value, mengumpul dan menggunakan data peribadi anda di bawah Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (PDPA).

1. Data peribadi yang kami kumpul

• Butiran pesanan: nama, alamat e-mel, nombor telefon, alamat penghantaran dan bil, produk yang dipesan serta nota anda.
• Butiran akaun: nama, e-mel, nombor telefon (pilihan), alamat tersimpan dan kata laluan (disimpan dalam bentuk terlindung).
• Mesej yang anda hantar kepada kami melalui WhatsApp, telefon atau e-mel.
• Data teknikal: kuki untuk kekal log masuk, dan kandungan troli yang disimpan dalam pelayar anda.

Kami tidak mengumpul butiran kad pembayaran di laman web ini.

2. Tujuan penggunaan

Untuk memproses dan menghantar pesanan, mengeluarkan sebut harga dan invois, mengurus akaun anda, menjawab pertanyaan serta menangani pemulangan, bayaran balik dan aduan, memenuhi kewajipan undang-undang dan percukaian, serta mencegah penipuan. Kami tidak menjual data peribadi anda dan tidak menggunakannya untuk pemasaran tanpa persetujuan anda.

3. Pendedahan kepada pihak lain

Hanya jika perlu, kepada rakan penghantaran, pembekal hosting dan pangkalan data (seperti Supabase), bank, akauntan dan penasihat profesional kami, serta pihak berkuasa jika dikehendaki oleh undang-undang. Sesetengah pembekal mungkin menyimpan data di luar Malaysia.

4. Tempoh simpanan dan keselamatan

Rekod pesanan dan invois disimpan selama diperlukan untuk tujuan di atas dan keperluan undang-undang (biasanya sehingga 7 tahun). Kami mengambil langkah munasabah untuk melindungi data anda daripada kehilangan, penyalahgunaan dan akses tanpa kebenaran.

5. Hak anda

Anda boleh meminta akses kepada data peribadi anda, meminta pembetulan, menghadkan penggunaan atau menarik balik persetujuan dengan menghubungi kami. Anda tidak diwajibkan memberi data kepada kami, tetapi kami tidak dapat memproses pesanan tanpa nama, maklumat perhubungan dan alamat penghantaran anda.

6. Kuki

Kami hanya menggunakan kuki dan storan pelayar yang penting (untuk kekal log masuk dan mengingati troli anda). Kami tidak menggunakan kuki pengiklanan atau penjejakan.
