1. Who we are

This website is operated by De Khat Bingkai Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202201013681 (1459378-T)), a company incorporated in Malaysia, trading as Wall Panel Value (“we”, “us”). “You” means the person placing an order or using the site.

2. Products and prices

• We sell WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) fluted wall panels and related services.
• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The total payable, including any discount you have applied, is shown in the order summary before you place your order.
• Product images are for illustration. Colour and wood-grain tone may look slightly different on your screen or in your room’s lighting, and from batch to batch.
• Some products have a minimum order quantity, shown on the product and cart pages.
• We may correct pricing or description errors, and may refuse or cancel an order affected by an obvious error. If we have already been paid, we will refund you in full.

3. Placing an order

Submitting an order through the website is an offer to buy, not a confirmed purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and you have paid for it. We may decline an order, for example if stock is unavailable or the delivery address is outside our delivery area, in which case no payment will be taken from you.

You must give accurate contact and delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Payment

Payment is not collected on the website. After you place an order we contact you to confirm it and send an invoice with our bank transfer details (and DuitNow QR). Please pay only to the account shown on an invoice issued by De Khat Bingkai Sdn. Bhd., and only after you have received our confirmation. We begin processing and delivering your order once payment is received.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Peninsular Malaysia only. Delivery details, timing and what to do on receiving your goods are set out in our Delivery Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

7. Accounts

• You can create an account to save your details and track orders. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

8. Installation and use of products

Our panels are designed for DIY installation on suitable, dry and level surfaces. Please follow the installation guidance for the product. We are not liable for loss caused by installation that does not follow that guidance, use of the product in a way it is not designed for, or cutting and altering the panels (altered panels cannot be returned).

9. Our liability

We are responsible for goods that are defective or not as described, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from events outside our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, courier disruption or supplier shortages). Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Wall Panel Value name, logo, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint. If we cannot, the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction. You may also take a claim to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (for claims within its limit) or contact the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN).
