Returns & Refunds Policy

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is not as described, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery.

• Contact us by WhatsApp or phone with your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
• Keep the panels and packaging until we have replied.
• If the claim is valid, we will, at our option, replace the affected panels or refund you for them. We bear the cost of collecting or replacing faulty goods.

What we cannot accept

• Returns because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong quantity, colour or size.
• Panels that have been installed, cut, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or lack of care.
• Natural variation in colour or grain tone within the normal range of the product.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back to the bank account you paid from (or another account you tell us in writing), by bank transfer, within about 14 working days of us approving the refund. If an order is cancelled before we ship it, we will refund the full amount you paid.

Cancelling an order

You can ask to cancel an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but the damaged or defective item rules above still apply.
